Are you mentally ready? I mean like fully ready? Most people say they are, just to say it. But deep down they know they just putting up a front and winging it. Unfortunately in life, “winging it” only gets you so far. When training to be the best, you need to be prepared for everything, there can be no room for error. Not being prepared is going to keep you from reaching the very top. Sun Tzu said “The art of war teaches us to rely not on the likelihood of the enemy's not coming, but on our own readiness to receive him” So let me ask again, are you ready? Or better yet, are you War Ready?!
