Bodybuilding isn’t 90 minutes inside the gym, it’s a lifestyle. Your training regimen and nutrition must both be in sync. If you don’t follow a good nutritional plan, you are bodybuilding with one arm tied behind your back. With this sport you’re always a work in progress. You are never done improving yourself, your symmetry and eliminating weak points. There’s always room to keep working and growing. But with that one must have self discipline. You will never always be motivated but you need to learn to be disciplined. That is the bridge to success. The days you have no energy to get inside of the gym and beat your body to a new level of exhaustion or to pack in all your same boring meals in order to hit your daily goal, that’s what separates a champion. To be successful, you must dedicate yourself 100% to your training, diet and mental approach. Because of that we must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.
